Torchwood had some bad guys in a 77-78 T/A with side pipes.( member of Pontiac owners club was part of the film crew and got it written in). Also Highlander had a vigilante stumble across a fight with the bad guy in his red T/A or Formula that morphed from a 77/78 to a 79/80, good 'ol continuation error!
Also the series Angel had the main character with a collection of cars and drove someone home in 98-02 Transam in Pewter Silver.
