1972 Ford F100 Hot Rod. Ideal for cruising, Cars & Coffee, Surf weekends etc. The Truck is Exempt from road tax it is MOT"d for 1 Yr. .<br />

This F100 is a real hot rod, with a 390 cubic inch (6.4 litre) V8 and a 4 speed manual gearbox this truck is a rare find, with" all the right bits " This was the last year of the "Bump side" truck, with the steel dash. It has original equipment fitted with the biggest engine available at the time. 390 ci Big Block. It comes with an electronic distributor and Flame Thrower coil. Also a Mustang/Thunderbird intake and a 4 barrel 600 vac sec Holley. <br />

The inside cab area has been Dyno matted,including roof. The Fuel tank has been removed from the cab, and it uses an improved underslung floor tank. It"s had a front Disc Brake conversion, a power brake conversion and comes with superb Power steering.<br />

Painted in PPG Grey sealer the truck is solid including Pickup bed & all good underneath. It has a "fuel crisis" 1978 car 4 speed overdrive gearbox, sometimes called a RUG Transmission. This gives good low rev cruising coupled with better fuel economy.<br />

New Hurst Shifter which gives a nice short shift and also makes it better to drive than the old ratio three speed auto versions. Its been de-trimmed, de-badged had a rear roll pan, body smoothed out, custom fuel filler flap. Also Dream Beams front & rear lowering kit, twin I beams. We really can"t express how good this truck drives. The Heater works really well & is a faultless drive. None of the bumpy vague feeling associated with low drop customised Pickups. Rolls over bumps at most sensible speeds. You could literally drive it to Europe and back without any issues. Below is a list of all the parts recently fitted. <br />

Scorpion electronic immobiliser (2 x fobs).Electronic Distributor, and Flame Thrower coil. Dist cap,plugs, leads. Radiator, hoses, heater matrix. Power Brake conversion, Brake discs, calipers, hoses, drums, shoes, cylinders. Power Steering conversion. Shock absorbers. King pin kits, Steering joints. Dream Beams twin I beam lowering kit front and rear. Rear roll pan. Twin 2.5 inch custom H pipe dual exhaust, with Flowmaster mufflers which sounds fantastic. Rev counter with shift light. Kenwood high power CD USB AUX ICE. 1978 4 speed overdrive car RUG transmission. Hurst Shifter. Aztec style seat covers. 7x17 front , 8x17 rear staggered american racing torque thrust 2 wheels and 205/245 tyres with lock nuts. Oil and filter change. Steering wheel. Accelerator pedal. <br />
