HI THERE YOUR LOOKING AT MY VERY RARE 1969 FORD GALAXIE CUSTOM 500 XL with a very low 48000 genuine miles on the clock<br />

it was imported from California in 2004, and then had a nut and bolt restoration this included a full bare metal respray and a brand new interior<br />
the car had no welding or filler to the chassis or body and was fully wax oiled <br />
<br />
the engine is a MATCHING NUMBERS 302ci 5 ltr small block V8 with A REBUILT c4 3 speed auto trans <br />
<br />
the car has been given more power with the following mild upgrades<br />
fast road crane cam<br />
Holley 600cfm carb<br />
Headman free flow headers, heat wraped <br />
Edelbrock peformer inlet manifold, air filter, breathers and rocker covers<br />
twin custom stainless side exit exhaust <br />
not long had service including new belts, UGRADED plugs, leads filters and fluids<br />

xp general grabber tyres; rear 275/60 front 235/60 (all in fantastic condition with loads of tread) <br />

interior is as new including bench seats (can fit 6 in it) all the door cards are great with no holes, it has a custom painted dash, brand new grant wheel, original stereo, brand new carpets, roof lining and all original glass including a top tint screen<br />
even has its original jack and ford keys<br />

it has one off custom mopar style decals, these could be removed if you wish, but i think these make it look like a hot wheels car AND GIVES IT THAT MUSCLE CAR LOOK <br />

the car has super light power steering, its very easy to drive considering its size <br />
its not to loud but has a very nice v8 burble and makes a very nice bark when kicked <br />

there is no rust any ware, its never been welded including under the car<br />
all the chrome is very good and shines up nice<br />

in march 2015 the car was featured in american car magazine, including a front cover shot this will come with car<br />
has won a few shows and trophys <br />
<br />
this is a very rare car, there is not many left in america <br />
<br />
its tax exempt,very cheap to insure and not to bad to run, you can get 15-18 mpg on a run at motor way speeds<br />
<br />
it comes with a lot of history including hand book, sales booklet, bills, receipts, old mots and a set of american style number plates<br />
<br />
the only faults are the original radio does not work and there is a small chip in the windscreen, and fuel gauge some times sticks<br />
it has 11 months mot, went straight through with no advisorys <br />
<br />
price may seem a bit high but try and find another like this, its a stand out attention grabber that turns heads every where it goes <br />
THIS CAR HAS HAD 1000"S OF CASH SPENT ON IT (when you think this is the cost of a rusty ford capri or escort its cheap)<br />

in all this is a very nice collectors car, that would not look out of place in a museum, its rarer then a mustang and will be the only one on the show field <br />
i have loads of extra pics if needed<br />

only selling as i fancy a change, when sold i will be looking at buying a newer shape mustang, ac cobra rep or a pick up truck or may be even a rat rod (i may px cash up or down or swap 4 the right car) <br />
