Here for sale is an absolute rust free 1922 Ford model T truck. Just came in from Michigan. Unbelievable amazing condition for a 95 year old vehicle. According to the owner his Granddad bought this truck back in the forties and it remained in the family ever since. His granddad was the second owner who has since passed on. It has been in storage for over 50 years. <br />
So the truck is solid. The rear body was re made some years ago. We have not had it running yet but we will soon as soon as we can gather the energy to hand crank her over. It does have the facility to fit a starter but i guess these were an expensive option back in the day. I do have the original batteries to power the lights but these are flat and don"t know if they will charge up. The cab does need a little work like fitting new fabric to the roof. The wooden wheels are in great condition and are fitted to steel rims. Tyres are shot. The side walls have deteriorated. All looks to be complete and in fantastic condition. There is a pack of new fan belts. <br />
I have the Nova and Title so it can be UK registered which i will do.<br />
