I have red valor front seats in the chevy now i hate them i have already changed the red dash cover to black and will be ordering the black carpet in a few months front seat i see from ebay are a good price and seam them fitted to a TA at wheelsday has anbody used tried them? or eklers nice seats but expensive by the time getting them over here.

The bottom pics looks like the Recaros that the later Capri's had, well from memory anyway(!) Might be a cheaper alternative?

Had a thought (i know dangerious) but looking at pic's think you would be sitting a bit lower down as well as red seat you are sitting more upright and slightly higher of the floor
what about viviting a scrap yard and getting two black seats from say nissian potrol truck? would these work? would be black as loads of these trucks around

Simple to make a frame to fit bottom of seats and runners in car.. that way any seats you find will fit

For the Camino? There are no back seats so you don't need tilt function, so look at modern 4 door cars too.

You do if you want to be comfi and ta seats don't tilt backwards but have rear seats, and you have storagae space behind seat's in the elki so having seat that slide back and forwar and tilt would be nice,
Both excample above have the option to tilt,
next time i am in welshpool might pop into the scrapyard see what they got but this scrap yard you are not allowed to walk around you tell them and they take it of for you some health and safty reason but another small scrap yard in the sticks up the road is like a mud bath and just say crack on see if you can find what you want,

I wasn't talking about reclining seats for comfort, but the tilt feature that allows rear passengers to get into the rear seats of a two door. That's what i figured you wouldn't need but if you storage back there perhaps you do.
