wow, I bet he/she will think trice about doing something like that again.
I wonder what happened. Was the blue car in the 3rd lane and came over to tap the white one into the lorry. or perhaps a tyre failure causing to go out of control.

Lucky by all involved can't make my mind up on dash cams are they a good idea??? I can see the point and for insurance it could help but wot if the video ended up with the police just because you foot your foot down on a clear bit of road and got video by another motorist ??? Who didn't agree with wot you were doing (it's abit like big brother watching you and getting joe public to report it)????

Exactly the reason I have yet to get one. I keep thinking the same thing about them, then I'm swayed the other way by the rising immigrant crash for cash schemes....
Not sure.
It's easy enough to whip out the card, you could say there wasn't one in there so it can't be used against you.

It's the 3rd party people that might catch you on there dash cam you cant take there card out
