You could argue that there is nothing in life more exciting than a Lamborghini Miura. Well, how about 20 Miuras, in most of the colours of the rainbow?This marvellous sight came about at the finale of the Celebration Miura Tour, a no doubt wonderful sounding four-day journey through Italy to mark the Miura"s 50th birthday. It"s something we had our own, private party to celebrate earlier in the month.A score of Miuras from across the world all convened in northern Italy for a trip that took in cities such as Bologna, Parma and Florence, covering over 300 miles in the process. They of course took in a visit to Lamborghini"s Sant"Agata factory, a moment marked by four Eurofighter jets flying over. Naturally.The Miura, if you need a reminder, is the original supercar. A wonderful slice of 1960s exotica with a wailing V12 as its power source. At its most potent, the Miura cranked out 440bhp. For its era, that"s astronomical.But perhaps the Miura"s defining feature is its styling.
