The new Top Gear telly hosts were in Liverpool this week, armed with a battalion of the world"s finest supercars and The Stig.Yep, at the annual BBC Worldwide Showcase, we showed off our brand new presenting team (minus Eddie Jordan, who was playing a charity gig in South Africa) alongside some of the fastest cars on earth.Chris Evans and Matt LeBlanc fresh from their TG vs USA film in Blackpool welcomed the new team on stage. They also treated Showcase"s international buyers to a world exclusive 90 second showreel of cuts from the new series of Top Gear, scheduled to hit your screens in May.The stars then, you know about, but the cars? We had none other than one of the ten Aston Martin DB10s used in the recent James Bond film Spectre, along with a Jaguar C-X75, a Porsche 918, a Lamborghini Aventador SV, McLaren P1, Mercedes-AMG GT S, Ferrari F12tdf, Audi R8 V10 Plus, BMW i8 and an Aston Vanquish.Favourites? Harris went for the McLaren P1, Reid the BMW i8, while Schmitz and LeBlanc both plumped for the Porsche 918.
