This Corvette-on-Corvette racing action comes to us from the YouTube channel of DtRockstar1 and it features a handful of half-mile drag races from the Battle Creek Speedfest. The details are short, but these are some great heads-up races between some of the fastest factory Corvettes of all time.Round 1: C7 vs C7The first race in this video has a pair of C7s going head-to-head, with a new Z06 in the left lane and a Stingray in the right lane. The race is close early, with the Z06 taking a slight lead by the time the two cars hit the downhill portion of the track, but when they hit the chalk line on the top end the LT4 car looks to be at least a car-length ahead.Round 2: C7Z Vs C6ZThe second race pits a C7 Corvette Z06 against a C6 ZR1, two of the most powerful factory Chevrolet models of all time. The LT4 car gets out to an early lead and never looks back. The C6 sticks close, but the newer car clearly takes the win.Dueling Zs Take TwoThe third race has a C6 ZR1 in the near lane and a C7 Z06 in the far lane. This time, the newer Corvette takes the win, but it pulls away from the C6 much more quickly than the previous C6-vs-C7 matchup. The C6 appears to be closing the gap a bit on the top end of the track, but once again, the newer Corvette gets the win.The video ends with a pair of Japanese Zero fighter planes showing off for the crowd. It is an odd way to end a racing video, but it is an interesting chance to see and hear the antique planes in action.Tags: c6, C7, Corvette, Drag Racing, Z06, ZR1
