Help please! 1987 Chevrolet Caprice Parts...

Hi there,

I had a great time at the season opener yesterday, and it's made me want to get on top of some things that need to be done on my Caprice.

Basically, I need advice on where I can get a new Carb and exhaust manifolds?

Also, if anyone knows where I could pick up a Hood catch, Power steering pump and alternator that would be good too!

For a new carb and Exhaust the best place to go, is Real Steel, their website isn't the best, but their technical knowledge makes up for it. There are in the UK in Middlesex.

For anything not engine related, like the hood catch, and power steering /alternator then American Car Parts - American Auto Parts & Spares - USAutomotive is pretty darn good for that, you can choose your model of car and see what's available for it.

If you struggle in the UK, then RockAuto Parts Catalog are good, but if you have multiple parts, and they don't all come from the same warehouse you have to pay multiple shipping, apart from that all is good, fast and good price service from the States.
