Earlier this week, an Aston Martin and Zagato showcased a special, 592bhp V12 Vanquish set for Villa D"Este. It"s quite a thing: all double-bubble roof, carbon fibre body and raucous, upgraded V12.It"s the latest in a long, long history of collaborating with the fabled British marque, and of course, the most recent creation from a company that has been modifying cars for 95 years.Well, not modifying in the Brabus or G-Power sense of the word. No, this is modifying in the traditional, old school sense; actually reconstructing the body.Ugo Zagato himself began his coachbuilding career way back in 1919, and had a simple aim: to transfer his aeronautical nous - strong, lightweight construction - to the business of cars. And in doing so, also happened to make them look bloody amazing. So in light of that Aston Vanquish, here are some of Zagato"s standout moments. Feel free to disagree, and of course, suggest your Zagato favourites.
