Yes I have the joys of this to do!!!!might just be cheaper to sell the car lol still the plugs are good for 30,000 miles so why you changed em so much that's like four sets have you done 120k already?????

Yes good question be carefull doing your's

well HT1 were fitted to car when i got it but car was NA i supercharged it so HT0 fitted i abused them well you do don't you then there was a big thing about spark plugs when the S197 came out and thought i would change them to a differant brand ask Nigal juniper about brakeing spark plugs he showed me what happen to his hopefully he still has damaged plugs and could post up picture's ? and with me doing goodwood and brandshatch and santa on theae plugs thought i would check them out for an hour's work give you peace of mind (don't want any braking) again two were tight even with greese on them when i fitted them but all came out looked at them and as i had a new set waiting on the shelf i changed them.
There are differant brands out there
Brisk
HT range
ac delco
motor craft
and 2 differant sizes for same type of engine think change over was 2008??

i would say better to service change them sooner rather than later you don't want any braking and having fun getting broken part's out (we used to service car's evey 10000 miles year's ago)
