Given its celebrity associations and "big boys toy" label the Hummer is mistaken by many as simply an amusing curiosity. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Here is an off-roader with capability second to none. Descended directly from a military vehicle designed to provide vital transport, over all terrain in conflict conditions!
The civilian variant, as here, allows the luxury concession of leather upholstery and air conditioning, but loses none of its battle hardened capacity; capable of climbing over obstacles 22" high and tackling 60% gradients, to power on through 30" of water.
Our Hummer H1 has been cosseted by its fastidious owners and is in superb cosmetic and mechanical order throughout. Stamps in the official service book record the servicing and reflect the considerate ownership. The owner"s handbook is also present.
The driving experience is astonishing. Automatic gear-changes are smooth and the 6.5 Litre diesel engine provides the pulling power one might anticipate.
Automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, electric windows, tinted glass, on board tyre deflation and inflation system, cd player, etc, etc.
Early inspection is essential and is easily arranged at our Kew facility.
