On first watching this you think yep, it's an accident.

Now going back to near the beginning, the chav spots the motorbike with a camera. Then walks in front of a car and hops on the hood. His mate isn't too bothered, like it was all planned. He knew it was being recorded. Hi is now probably going to be rewarded more money for sitting on his arse. Mind you I guess he can't claim for loss of earnings.
