So this will apply to all the old motor bikes, tractor's farm machinary fairground rides historic car's (yes i saw it say limited use)

so why are the councils not running all the taxi's buses ambilances police and so on with eco friendly bio diesel or have all the company car's electric or car share just a thought

That guy's opinions sounds like he is on a mission, so with his analogy, will motorsport be banned? their emissions are higher than other vehicles.

I wouldn't mind getting him on the band wagon of banning cycle lights that are brighter than car headlights, flashing away blinding oncoming traffic.
