Ladies and gentlemen of the web, may we present a quarter-of-a-million-pound Ford Fiesta. It is up for sale, and it is unlike any other Ford Fiesta, because its former owner is Ken Block.Yep, friend to TG, enemy to tyres, and general purveyor of sideways-based extravagance, this Ford Fiesta was once Block"s rally, rallycross and Gymkhana car. So we kinda feel sorry for it. Lovingly cared for" and one careful owner" probably don"t apply here for the aptly named Hybrid Function Hoon Vehicle". It"s built around an M-Sport WRC car, put together right here in the UK. Underneath sits a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with significant upgrades to its internal componentry to allow a whopping 600bhp and 664lb ft of torque.Run the 34mm restrictor, and it"ll still happily churn out 350bhp a smidge more than the new Focus RS.Then of course, comes everything else. Stuff like a Sadev rallycross transmission, upgraded rear diff, Reiger suspension with ultra-long travel" (because rally jumps), Brembo brakes, a Cosworth ECU, winged seats, and uprated wheel bearings. The price? A cool 250,000, plus shipping costs, because it"s based in the USA at the moment. Naturally. That"s more than a Ferrari F12, just shy of a base Lamborghini Aventador, and the same as a LWB Rolls-Royce Ghost or Bentley Mulsanne Speed. So it"s priced against some serious machinery. But then Block"s Fiesta is a serious machine, and also, we suspect, an absolute riot to drive. Block won the Rally of Whangarei 2015 in it. Plus, the sale includes parts to convert it to rallycross spec too (it"s currently in its rally guise). You want it, right? If you need more evidence of its excellence, click the Gymkhana 4 video aboveView the listing herePicture via Hoonigan Racing
