Unless you buy this turnkey Pontiac Firebird currently up for grabs on Craigslist, that is.Yes, this Firebird has eclipsed the 200 mph mark already. And even better, the seller claims that it’s also the current C/PRO class record holder. The speedy ride is reportedly already certified for the coming 2019 season, too. So all you have to do is buy yourself a racing suit and helmet, strap in, and enjoy the ride.And what a ride it’ll be. This Firebird is packing well over 800 hp courtesy of a built 360-cubic-inch small block. We’re guessing this motor displacement was chosen to compete in a specific land speed class. The seller claims that this is a fresh motor that cost in excess of $25k, which isn’t totally unbelievable. So what does all of this land speed goodness cost? How about the paltry sum of $15k? Heck, for an extra eight grand, the seller will even throw in his 26-foot trailer complete with living quarters. Sounds like an absolute deal to us.Which, when you think about it, is a pretty bargain price for a turnkey racing effort. No matter what kind of racing you’re talking about. Sure, you’ll need extra coin on top of the purchase price for parts and whatnot.
