1956 Lincoln Premiere 2-dr Coupe<br />
368ci Y-block V8 with 3-speed Turbo-Drive Auto.<br />
All stock except for converting to a new 4-bbl carb and air cleaner for reliability.<br />
UK registered early last year and in use all summer.<br />

It"s a factory pink car which is currently the wrong shade but it wouldn"t take much to correct that as the body is really straight and rust free, there is one area on the passenger rear quarter that has had a scrape and would need attention before painting.<br />
The drum brakes were rebuilt in California before it was imported a couple of years ago and it has recently had a brand new power booster, master cylinder and all new brake pipes fitted.<br />
New dual exhaust system fitted which exit the correct way using the bumper mounted ventiports.<br />

The power operated seats were also retrimmed in California along with a new headlining so is all still in good condition, the door cards are original and could do with tidying or maybe even retrimming to match the standard of the seats.<br />
<br />
Brand new battery fitted and relocated to the boot instead of it"s stock location under the passenger footwell, which as well as making it easier to access and allowed fitting of a bigger battery.<br />
<br />
Chrome is decent and shines up good, tyres are also good and probably have less than a thousand miles on them.<br />
Drivers door glass is cracked but all the sides are flat so quite easy to replace.<br />
Power window motors have been rebuilt on the drivers side and work perfectly, the passenger side motors are currently out for refurb.<br />
<br />
May consider swap or p/ex either way for other older yank or hot rod.<br />
