Manhood Classic Car Enthusiasts Summer Show 2014

The Manhood Classic Car Enthusiasts held their annual event on Saturday 16th August 2014. Last year there was a great range of classic cars. Both classic cars and a line up of american cars attended. So the Solent Renegades have been invited along to this one.

The Renegades are meeting at the Little Chef A27 services, to leave there at 9.15am.

Hi Chris. Really sorry mate, I can't make the show this weekend. We are going away, it was booked early in the year and I completely forgot about it. I am gutted and was looking forward to coming down. I thought I should let you know in case anyone else wants my space.

What a great turn out, splendid convoy down. Well done to Paul & Sue for winning a trophy. Also Chris Borrows won a trophy too, also Alan & Becky with the Mustang and HP Penfold in the van. Quite a few trophies.

Great photos. I think you managed to get virtually all of them!

It was a good diverse show, with a bit of something for everyone.

I must say I really love that 1966 Ford Fairlane Squire with the faux wood panelling- now that's a real rarity on these shores! I also liked the 1988 Caprice wagon. I have a thing for wagons lately, it seems. Some great British classics on display there too - like the little Gilbern GT, and an original 'The Prisoner'-style Lotus Seven.
