Mustang K Code Coupe Factory GT. This is the real deal and not a clone. It came off the production line on 3rd March 1966 Dearborn plant. In totally unmarked Silver Frost as per vin (only 3% in 66) <br />
The date correct 66 289 block has been rebuilt using only the best available and bored +40 and stroked making it a 347cui. Dressed in many chrome ancillaries with spotless engine bay. The 9 Diff has 3.00:1 gearing installed by Hauser Racing. The car has all the 1966 options available in that year. 3 speed auto. Discs all round. Borgeson power steering. As you would expect the underside is solid. <br />

All new Pony interior in stunning red / burgundy. New carpet. New dash with all new clocks with Rallye Pac, new headlining, kick panels and trim including lap belts front and rear. Discreet rear shelf colour coded speakers linked to retro radio with iPod. Boot area in matching carpet and 66 boot mats included. The original data tag is still in situ on the door and a copy of the original title doc is available .<br />

All new chrome and glass, lettering, badges, handles etc. LED rear light cluster upgrade with discreet amber turn lens. Everything is new in stunning condition and the car won best in show 2 weeks running with awards to prove. American racing mag wheels including spare wheel all on new 205/60/15 tyres. The car pulls strong and is very quick around 350+BHP and drives like a dream.<br />

Never driven in the wet and has covered only 2100 miles from build. MOT was carried out 5th April 2018 with no advisories and although no longer needs an MOT I will put it in for another one if required and of course tax exempt. Own a piece of Mustang rarity as K codes do not come up very often. Full photo portfolio of build and original title. I have countless photos of this car during and after build. It must be one if not the best Mustang coupe in the UK and of course it s a K code. This car is stunning and never fails to turn heads with its awesome sound. Obviously, the engine and gearbox are not matching numbers but if it was then it would command a much higher price. The only way to fully appreciate this car is to come and see it. As Car and Classic only allow 6 photos !<br />

This car is my pride and joy but it s had little use just shows and the occasional day out so it s time to sell as it never gets used to its full potential.
