Mustang re spray

Hi guys n girls as some of you already know my mustang has been of the road for the last 4 weeks as it’s been having a respray. The decision to have this done wasn’t made lightly but as most of you know my car was s cat D car and has always been wot is termed a ten footer ie looks good from ten foot! But having paint damage to front and rear bumpers , spoiler , boot lid , front edge of wings, and the cat D damage on rear quarter then just tied 13yr old paint felt it was time to get it sorted. Had a very reasonable quote from tony at SVP on the rudford est at ford and having already seen his work on another show vehicle the Decision was made. The final pics will be added after the 29th July. Also the hydro dipping carbon work was done by Coated Worthing.

The last pic is of the car in booth about to get its top coat and color

Yes sorry guys it’s been manic and now being retired I don’t know how I fitted it all in before!! Yes still got the mopar and yes not a lot has happened since my last thread on it apart from it now has a boot floor and I’m in the process of stripping and rebuilding a caddy 425 engine to go in her but I’ll post pictures once I start. Just got another head gasket job on a Corsa and abit of welding on a mk3 fiesta and I’m free I hope lol

It’s nice to have a car that is show ready for once not that it’s a shelf Queen but in the fact that it’s straight with no major body damage and polish’s up well
