He got stuck due to the temporal shift of the Tardis. Someone helped later after we all took pictures first.

I wonder if thats that is was, as it was outside a phone shop, wasn't sure if it was a promotional gimmick. Would make more sense to get more police out there. Our local one is unmanned most of the time. Like the fire station, which now have to come from Cosham (4-5 miles perhaps) they take longer than 30 mins to respond to something 200 meters from their fire station. I can understand the cost saving of not having them manned all the time, but when you need them, their response time is pants.
