You see in the quick reply box there is an icon above (third one in from the right). Click on that and it should ask you to browse to the picture you wish to upload. Then click on 'upload' and it should work
I upload using my ipad/iPhone so might be different depending on what you are using

Shipping is the pain, especially heavy parts. Sounds like you could do with someone who has regular shipments from the states. There is a chap in Weymouth called Bruce runs Rustys Speed Shop Rusty's Speed Shop, he imports a lot of parts, may be worth giving him a try.
