"Tony doesn"t consider himself just an owner of Ferraris," auction house Gooding & Co tells us, "but rather a caretaker, maintaining them for their historic value."Certainly beats sweeping up the garden leaves at the local secondary school. The following pages, dear readers, contain pictures of some considerable excellence, displaying as they do Tony Shooshani"s collection of Ferraris.Mr Shooshani then, deserves a bit of introduction. He"s a Ferrari collector that much is probably quite obvious who enjoys actually driving his cars. A longtime Ferrari client, he"s driven his 1985 288 GTO in a few rallies, and uses his 599XX Evo in Ferrari"s Corse Cliente programme. He"s also got a tailor-made LaFerrari, and owns one of the six Ferrari Sergios. Safe to say the man knows his way around a Prancing Horse. Now, Mr Shooshani is putting eight of his pristine Ferraris up for auction in Gooding"s Scottsdale Auction, which takes place between January 29-30. They"re worth millions. They"re also gorgeous. Here they are.
