Sad to see the 707-hp brute in a state of utter misery, but this sorry-looking Challenger Hellcat has arrived way too soon in this yard. In fact, the owner having picked up the first Challenger to be sold in Colorado. The incident occurred a few miles from the dealer, near Brighton, specifically on River-dale Road. According to Colorado State Patrol: “The driver lost control to the right, then over corrected and lost control to the left, and struck a tree head on.”

The 34-year-old driver was with two passengers at the time and has been charged with careless driving, although alcohol or drugs weren’t involved and no-one was hurt. The Sublime Green Pearl Hellcat’s front end looks beyond repair, but there’ll certainly be salvageable parts from the back end. Before you assume the accident was the result of a heavy foot, the police revealed “there was no mention of excessive speeding.” The performance tires would have been struggling in near-zero conditions, while the brutal performance of the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 was obviously just too much to handle. Anyone awaiting this car – you have been warned. Hellcat owners: take heed.

The gaps around the doors still looks pretty good, so the structure of the car could be saveable if someone was up for the job. Even the front wings dont look too bad, I wonder if he was lucky enough that the engine got away with just the rad / fan touching the block. That may be repairable too.

I'll have it see wot I can sort out maybe abit of a mustang/trans am combo ha ha
