While looking into the website to run a few checked I noticed there is an alarm on one of the hard disk drives reading 116 degree centigrade. Our website is backup daily to another server. This website is using the hard drive that is possibly only just about hanging on. Perhaps its just a faulty temperature monitor who knows. Either way the server may need to be switched off for a bit to solve the issue.
