I now have Fareham borough councils first and only fully insured & licensed novelty private hire vehicle ...don't ask about cost ....lol..I also have a PH driving licence & operators licence ....

Don't know about havent , you have to licence your vehicle in the borough you live .....if any one wants to PH there vehicle I can tell you how ....
