Renegades Email Newsletter 3.

Hi,
This is the third newsletter to be sent out from the website. It is being sent to all who has signed up to the forum and you can unsubscribe if you wish from the link at the bottom. I aim to send up to once a month to keep people up to date with events as not everyone can make club night and may not go on the website often. The main reason for the email is the First breakfast run of the year and Club T-Shirts mentioned below.
Boxing Day Wickham
Wickham square is a great place to be to get some fresh air after your Christmas lunch the day before. Its an early start on Boxing Day. If you want to be in the square be sure to get there early. We aimed to get there for 8.30am, but ended up getting there for 9am, by that time all spaces were gone, so we parked further down the road. This has its plus points as you can then leave when you like. If you did get a space in the square there is a very good chance you will get blocked in. Great to catch up with a few old faces.

Hayling Legends Classic Meet and Breakfast run 5th Jan 2014
The renegades are doing a breakfast run on the 5th Jan which tie's in with the Hayling Legends meet. Meet at Micks burger van at 9am, to convoy down to Barley Mo (or meet us at the barley mo for 9.30am) We will have breakfast, and for those who want to go to the Hayling Legends there will be a convoy setting off from the Barley Mo.

Club night on the 7th Jan 2014
First club night of the year. We will be doing a breakfast run on the 19th, so if you would like to suggest a place to go for a breakfast run then please suggest it on club night (or send me an email so I can bring it up on your behalf)
Paul Walker Tribute Day @ Santa Pod Raceway 18th Jan 2014
It is hoped that there will be an incredible turn out with a wide variety or cars from all over the UK to show our respects and raise some money for a charity Paul felt very strongly about.
Tickets are available via the Santa Pod Ticket Shop for only ?4 with 100% of the proceeds going to Paul Walker?s Reach Out Worldwide Charity. (Under 16's free).
The track will also be open for a public RWYB for the whole day, so you can take on your friends ?Race Wars? style down the ? mile strip! Pre-booking is essential due to limited availability, tickets available from the Santa Pod Ticket Shop.

Crotch Coolers Winter Warmer 19th Jan 2014
New event at the Devil's Punch Bowl on the 19th January 2014 for all classic car owners and fans of the cars. Many VW?s but also many old english and American cars have been before. If you want to go then pop your name is on the guest list:- www.facebook.com/events/667397063293062/

Wheels Day Good Friday 2014
Wheels Day has a new location for 2014, it?s at Dunsfold Aerodrome (Top Gear track). Its still on good Friday which is April 18th 2014. It?s a Hot rod and custom American car show and it was a great success again, so thanks to the Surrey Street Rodders for this event. Well over 1000 vehicles. some photos from last years show 2013. Renegades Season Opener 2014
New leaflet already done for next year?s show. It will be held on Sunday April 27th. We have leaflets that will be here for the end of season show, so they can be given out there, the boxing day shows and also Wheels Day to get plenty of coverage.
Car Club T-Shirts and Polo Shirts
The T-Shirts are good quality and have the club logo embroidered on the front and back, photos can be seen on the forum, http://www.solent-renegades.co.uk/threads/9466-Club-Polo-Shirts-and-Fleece-s?p=27117#post27117
Nigel (black mustang) ound a place that can embroider our club logo onto Polo shirts and Fleece's. I supplied a copy of our large logo which was ideal for this. The results were very good.
Polo shirts will be White, and the Fleece will come in black or blue.
Polo Shirts are ?14.99, and the Fleece will be ?30
So if anyone is interested just let me know.
Renegade Email Accounts
Also the club website can offer email accounts too. So if you want an email account like fred@solent-renegades.co.uk then please let me know by sending me an email of your choice of name, plus a password you want to log in with to dan@solent-renegades.co.uk, and I will get this setup for you. You can pick up your emails though Webmail, much like hotmail all online, or it can be set up to be picked up via Outlook or another email client on your PC / tablet or phone. It's no bother at all to set you up with an email account.
Have your car featured on the front of the website
There is an article section in the front page of the website. Have your car featured here, just do a write up about your car with photos and email it on to me and I will get it up on the site, and also in the Club Car Article section. No one has done this yet, so do you want to be the first?
