Sarah & Dan Wedding Plans

Well I have been with Sarah (aka Fog Horn Leg Horn) for about 6 years now. so in Feb last year before I went to the states I proposed while she was watching Hollyoaks, paused it first. I made a ring at work using solder, tinned wire and an LED. Came out pretty smart. The reason for making one and not just buying one is that we could go to the shops and choose one Sarah liked. ring.jpg

The Trans-am will be a part of the wedding too. Driving to the venue in the morning, ready for photos, the photographers will take some shots of the car too. I'm tempted to get the Sponge bob wrap, but I'm only allowed after the wedding..

Food wise we are going for Pate for starters, Bangers and Mash for mains, and Chocolate fudge cake for pudding. We tried this last night, and it was very nice, very filling. This was at Field & fork in Chichester who will be providing the food for the wedding. The wedding venue is very nice, good car park, a nice straight bit of road that needs some rubber laying on it. Getting married in the Milking shed (its an old barn) and the evening doo is in the Threshing barn. It has a nice grass court yard between the two. Should be a great day, hopefully 4th April will be good for weather too. Yes, its a Wednesday, cheaper venue price.

congratulations

Who for only the layers when it all goes pear shaped lol,,,, you know i am only joking dan,,,,,

Sounds like a great day :)

The photographers also want to see the tyres smoking. I wonder if I could get/trust someone to do it, while my and Sarah stand in front of the car. Get that line lock wires in, its attached to the brake lines, just needs power. If we do it on a hill we could get some blue smoke as well as tyre smoke.

Its a relatively small venue. Think we have about 30 people, and that's mainly family. My family is fairly small, or should I say fragmented.

Stagg do is on today. Don't know much about the plans.

Go-Karting this afternoon, then back home, and taxi coming to take up down town later for a meal.

Enjoy ;)

Well its getting nearer the big day. Had a thought on Friday that we hadn't got any wedding rings yet. So popped out on Sunday to get some. Got a Titanium one for me, and a White gold for Sarah which goes well with the engagement ring. Ordered and will be ready to collect on Friday. :)

Now there is an idea. A nose ring with a padlock for attaching to the kitchen sink/cooker or the ironing board. :ballchain:
