Saudi Women Allowed to Drive

The Gulf kingdom is the only country in the world that bans women from driving.
Until now, only men were allowed licences and women who drove in public risked being arrested and fined.

I guess when they wear the head dress they can all share the same driving licence.



Also if they have never driven before, there may well be an increase of accidents.
