Integrated Silicon Solution offers full production ofautomotive-grade serial NOR flash products supporting long-term, reliableoperation in harsh environments. Products are available in 8, 16, 32, 64, and128 Mb densities for mainstream protocols including serial peripheralinterface (SPI), dual I/O SPI, and quad I/O SPI with speeds in excess of133 MHz. Qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, the products support systems requiringboth dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) and flash product aid, including advanceddriver assistance, camera applications, and radar systems. Temperature range is-40 to +125 C (-40 to +257 F) on static (SRAM) and -40 to +115 C (-40 to+239 F) on DRAM products. Various automotive grade memories are offered inaddition to flash and analog products as well as a complete line ofasynchronous and synchronous SRAM.
