Nice, huh? This, ladies and gentlemen, is the Ateliers Diva Targa: a rebodied, classic Porsche 911 (the cool 964 one) remodelled into a racecar for the road. At least, that"s what Crubil Sport, French Porsche specialists, have imagined it to be. The idea was thus build something as modern as a 991-generation 911, that offers nutjob thrills like the Porsche 935 racer, wrapped up in one of the 911"s coolest ever silhouettes. All for one and one for all, then. Crubil takes either a two or four-wheel-drive 964, and strips the thing down to its bare shell, where it"s treated "thoroughly". Once that"s all clean and shiny and new, a brand new hand-built body is fitted, widened over the original"s by 3cm.
