Brilliant cruise tonight, excellent turn out of cars, thanks to everyone that came along. Awesome, really buzzing after that. Then off to the hill afterwards for refreshments, great turnout up there too. Also had many Can-Am'ers come all the way from Bournemouth/Poole area.

Think we had around 45 vehicles, we will find out once Sarah has posted the photos. Many new cars again. I led the cruise tonight, and went very well, cruising between 10 and 15mph, as we had many people the ones at the back would be playing catch up. We seemed to all keep together. as I was about to pull out from old Portsmouth cars were still going past. That was great to see.

Club night this Tuesday coming. We are going for a cruise for coffee at 8.30pm, driving along the hill to drop down to the Cams Mill pub.

I mentioned about the Naomi House event next Sunday http://www.solent-renegades.co.uk/s...9-naomi-house-winchester-23rd-aug-2015-a.html and many people are interested.

Over all a great evening.

Saw this very nice black Trans-Am down there, 1979. The owner has had it for 16 years. He has been to the cruise before, but works abroad, somewhere like Africa i think he said. He only drives it about 3 times a year and starts up no problems every time. Its up for sale. No price but did have a number.

I don't like the side exit pipes or the shaker fixed to the hood.
I'm also unsure what motor it has. The Pontiac/Olds motors have the distributors at the back of the block, but the valve covers look like the typical 4 bolt deal found on the Pontiac's.
Moroso gold covers too, I had a set on my old '78 that I sold off.

The engine was a 7.4l, think it was a crate engine rather than something that was originally ment to be in there.

A little video of it driving past on the Southsea cruise, I was at the front so didn't see any other cars on the road until this point. No sound.

We had 49 cars on the cruise, how good is that? Awesome

That's a MOPAR engine in that
