Impressive sand carving. Remember the days on the beach when you build a sand castle, something always falls when you get bigger. Imagine how many hours it must take to make this. Getting the sand/water combination just right, and not leaving footprints.
Just had to post this as it has Spongebob in it. Next time I got to a beach with this much sand, I'm sure I will get the itch to make the spongebob part of it.

There used to be an old boy in Weymouth who did this. He was then superceded by his son. The last time we were there, he put a sign up saying he wasn't doing it anymore due to the constant vandalism.
Once again, the morons ruin it for others.

Interesting, I guess something must be added. May not be egg though as it would go white in the sun. Must be something that won't affect the environment either.

I hope the morons got disciplined. They need to be stood in the town for public humiliation, just on a plinth with a sign saying they damaged the sand sculptures, that is far more effective than a few nights in a cell. May not be able to bring back the tomato throwing due to health and safety reasons.

Yes see people in worthing and brighton doing the sand scupters very good shame the cant be a permant feature
