We have done this meet a couple of times and there is always a great variety of cars that turn up for it. Looks like the weather is going to be nice on Sunday, so might be a nice drive!

Thanks for posting. Its not one I have been to, but a few have, and from the photos looks like a good event. Fingers crossed for good weather.

Apart from being a bit bloody freezing, it was a really nice show on Sunday morning. Lots of completely different cars, english classics, american, supercars plus others. We did have a little incident on the way home - catastrophic failure of rear wheel bearing at 50mph on the A27 near Arundel. A big thankyou to the only man in a vehicle who actually stopped to make sure that we were ok and to ask if we needed help - sorry didn't get your name but was wearing a Solent Renegades jacket!

Glad you got home safe. Hope its an each fix. Do you have to open the diff to remove the c-clip to slide the shaft out so you can change the wheel bearing?

Hi Dan
Yes we run an open diff (9 inch ford) so fairly easy to get at.
will fit new bearings both sides a we have to change the shoes due to the diff emptied itself over the breaks, so easier to do the lot both sides.
should be back on the road by the weekend,( weather looking ok at this point)
