There was a similar article on another page about this. Apparently owned by a UK driver and driving with foreign plates on it, so could have been originally stopped for that. Then finding it shouldn't be driven on UK roads. It may be a safe vehicle but if that hits something it's gonna do alot of damage.
Talking of foreign plates, there is a car down our road used pretty much Monday to Friday for atleast 2 years with European plates on it. I guess that's one way to avoid speeding and parking tickets. Maybe it goes back to it's home country for 1 week every year to avoid road tax too.
