Nissan has today confirmed that its 592bhp GT-R Nismo will cost 149,995. That"s a lot. But then you get a lot. Of power. And speed.On sale at the beginning of November, the hardcore GT-R gets a tweaked version of that 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 up front. It features larger, high-flow turbos (used for GT3 racing duties) to reach that monster power figure, though remember, we don"t get the full 600bhp that the American market will get.GT-R boss Hiroshi Tamura told TopGear.com earlier this year that 592bhp (600PS) is the limit for cooling on flat-out autobahn runs. In the States, they can"t go flat out so they get eight more horses.Either way, it"s bombastically quick. There"s also tweaked suspension - claimed to slalom two per cent quicker than before - and fresh aero parts on every flank, as well as underneath the car too. All of this is bolted onto the new-for-2017 GT-R"s stiffer body shell. All in, this GT-R Nismo produces more downforce than any other Nissan production car ever built.Inside you get the GT-R"s more premium cabin, too. The new dash, steering wheel and centre armrest get Alcantara leather, while the Recaro bucket seats get similarly suedey inserts.So, 150k. Which is more than a Porsche 911 Turbo S.
