The very American Ford Mustang is going hunting for motorsport trophies, titles and glory in the United Kingdom. Meet the Ford Mustang GT4, heading for the British GT championship field in 2019. Yee, and indeed, haw, to you sir. The motorsport effort comes courtesy of Multimatic Motors, the race team which developed the Ford GT road car and the Chip Ganassi racers that duel in the FIA World Endurance Championship. We"re talking Sebring, Silverstone, Spa and Le Mans. Multimatic is no stranger to competing in the white heat of motor racing. And so it"s proven, as the Multimatic-developed Mustang GT4 has already won the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge.
