When TG first drove the MG ZS - the compact crossover charged with doubling MG"s sales - we concluded that while it was very practical and well-priced, its automatic gearbox and old-school engines made it a bit of a nightmare to drive. Thankfully, the new ZS won"t have either of those problems, because this one is fully-electric. It"s properly cheap for an EV too. For the first 1,000 ZS EV customers, MG will match the UK government"s 3,500 grant, meaning you"ll pay just 21,495 and you"ll get a home charger installed for free too. That makes the MG over 4,000 less than the cheapest Hyundai Kona EV.
