The Mercedes-AMG C43 is now more powerful, thanks to what Merc calls an extensive" upgrade on their two door performance models. Both C43 Coupe and C43 Cabriolet feature a 3.0-litre V6 biturbo engine, now churning out 385bhp - 23 more than the previous models. It means the Coupe sprints from 0-62mph in 4.7 seconds, while the Cabriolet is only a tenth of a second behind. Both still produce a healthy 384lb ft of torque, and top out at a limited 155mph. Though four-wheel-drive (that"s the 4Matic bit), they are rear biased, and feature AMG"s Speedshift TCT 9G Transmission, with 4 main MODES - comfort, sport, sport plus and a new mode called slippery. For, um, slippery conditions. Obvs.
