As the overall winner of the Driver Power new car survey 2020, you would expect the Kia Sorento to place at the top of one or two categories. And the SUV swept to victory in the Interior and comfort category, beating all the competition when it came to front- seat comfort and rear-seat legroom. In addition, the Sorento ranked especially highly for the quality of its interior finish and materials, all-round visibility from the driver’s seat, and the styling of the interior, too.
Second place went to the Subaru Forester, which scored particularly well for visibility from behind the wheel, front-seat comfort and rear-seat legroom. Coming in third place, meanwhile, was the Skoda Kodiaq. You were deeply impressed by how much visibility there is from the driver’s seat, and the amount of legroom in the rear cabin. Other honourable mentions must go to the Subaru Outback for its fantastic visibility and front seats, and the Lexus RX with a cabin that feels like it will stand the test of time better than most.
