Hennessey doesn"t normally shy away from this particular battlefield, and has upped the 5.0-litre supercharged V8"s ante to its, um, uppiest. A 3.0-litre supercharger system, air-to-water intercooler setup, better injectors and fuel pump, plus a high-flow air induction system no doubt among other tweaks has liberated many horsepowers from the V8.
