Count "em: we"ve got a Ford GT, McLaren 720S, Lamborghini Hurac n Performante, Mercedes-AMG GT R, Honda Civic Type R, Porsche 911 GT3, Mercedes-AMG E63 S, Lexus LC500, Volkswagen Golf GTI, BMW M4 CS, Audi R8 Plus Spyder, Audi RS3 saloon and the lil" Volkswagen Up GTI. Aww.After the very technical, thorough and somewhat slidey test at Knockhill, we took the seven finalists up to Scotland for a 750-mile showdown. To see the winner, pick up a copy of the mag immediately. It"s not all speed in the new issue. Well, not nearly all. We have a drive in a prototype McLaren BP23 with its three-seat layout, go flat out in Porsche"s 911 GT2 RS, and test the Rolls-Royces of Rolls-Royces the all-new Phantom.Plus, we have news on the Polestar 1, and Hennessey"s 300mph Venom F5: a car that baits the Bugatti Chiron like no other. Add to that the very honourable and very excellent Toyota Century, the Mitsubishi e-Evolution and the Audi A7, plus a chat with F1 world champ Jenson Button about his life in cars.
