another of my trans ams my wife insists I sell!!!!1978 6.6 Pontiac t/a , older restoration but totally solid and no corrosion at all, no door hinge drop or wear, excellent weather strips, she is super looking car and is as good as she looks in photos, spot on mechanically and you can jump in and go to Scotland, history file, excellent interior and head lining, must have been renewed in the past, known car for years as my mate owned it for 12 years.<br />
Fitted 600 2nd Vac street avenger carb holley.<br />
Performance manifold <br />
TH 400 box.<br />
456 back axle.<br />
Aluminium new radiator.<br />
Gas shocks.<br />
Stainless headers and exhaust.<br />
Wide centre line wheels.<br />
Separate oil cooler.<br />
[email protected]/* */, I personally cant get on with this and would fit a easier one as have arteritis in my hands.<br />

Just noticed the carb size. Most 6.6L Firebirds came from the factory with the Rochester Quadrajet which was rated at 750cfm and there were some earlier ones that were rated at 820cfm IIRC. I wonder about a 600cfm carbs ability to flow enough air at WOT?
