A very unique, 1942 Chevrolet Coupe, Hot Rod. Only 6000 Miles from Re-build. Be the envy of every car show, with this all steel custom street rod. Few models were produced in 1942 and were the last built, before World War II. Production halted in early 1942. In addition to being a rare car, this Hot Rod has been highly customised, to make an ultra-cool cruiser. Powering this custom car, is a 468 CID Chevrolet Big Block and supporting the power plant, is a 350 Turbo transmission and, with a 2.92 gear ratio. Custom touches are extensive, from the two-tone paint, to the chrome wheels, to the leather interior. Chevrolet never produced a pillar-less coupe, so when you slide out the removable rear side windows to reveal a pillar-less configuration, heads will turn. Once you have everyone"s attention, raise, or lower the air suspension, with the simple touch of a button, to really impress bystanders. Everything is power operated: power windows, power door openers, and even a power operated boot. More subtle features, include one piece front windscreen, custom aluminium bumpers, wood centre console, Radial Tyres, Seat belts and an amazing Excalibur, chrome plated, sword as a bonnet stay.
