I don't know anything about it, just saw the photo.

Weird looking, are the tail lights from a thunderbird or falcon. Certainly not vette lights.
Perhaps the roof is made from solar panels?

There's a couple of other things that don't make sense, the difference in tyre width between the front and back suggests it's set up for drag racing but the front is sitting so much higher.

Makes a lot of sense. Think of the old gasser style of dragster. No weight to transfer, it all done by the suspension setup prior to launch.
