I don't understand it, the Veyron is not a car I lust after and at the price perhaps it's just as well. The cars I lust after are (mostly) affordable, but perhaps the owner just really wants to own one. For me I would just be disappointed every time I fired it up and heard 4 cylinders of rubbish and not the W12 soundtrack of the real thing. And then you accelerate and get just 10% of the Veyrons power. I'd rather drool over pictures than put myself through that constant disappointment, no matter how close it looks like a real one.
