Excellent news from deepest Surrey the Goodwood Revival is back, and it"s going to be excellent. Again. Mainly because it brings together a handful of drivers like this chap Martin Stretton, historic racer extraordinaire and has them jostle for position in often priceless old race cars around the formidable Goodwood Circuit. This little video is from a test session, held ahead of this weekend"s main event. It serves not only as a reminder of the fast, flowing Goodwood dicey enough, especially if it rains - but as a graphic illustration of what it"s like to drive a car that five or so decades ago, ranked among the quickest things on four wheels. Nowadays, there are hot hatchbacks that would give this Lotus 24 a run for its moneyTG will be bringing you more from the Revival as it happens, so check back to see this year"s best moments. We"re hoping for lots of sideways.Share this page: FacebookTwitterGoogle+WhatsAppMailtoCopy link
