The regular, right-hand-drive Ford Mustang will produce 416bhp from a 5.0-litre V8. A supercar dealer in the UK has decided that this is nowhere near enough, and announced a triplet of tuning packages aimed at providing more bang-for-yer-buck. Sit down, because things are about to get powerful. The first two packages are the CS350 and CS500. The former is applicable to the 2.3-litre, four-cylinder Ecoboost engine, the latter the V8. Both install a cold air intake, a quad exhaust with active exhaust control, and a new rear valance. Power rises to 330bhp for the CS350, and 440bhp for the CS500. And they"re both good, solid upgrades. You probably don"t want them, though, because Sutton also offers the CS700. And 700 is a bigger number. Sutton will install a Whipple supercharger, an upgraded intercooler and a quad, active exhaust system. This alone boosts power to 645bhp. Which is good.It gets better when you spec the CS700 pack with the larger throttle body, uprated injectors and a different supercharger pulley, which helps it make a full, rounded 700bhp. All in, this CS700 kit with 700 horses will cost you 14,510. The equivalent of a full Fiesta. There are many more options available, too. You can opt for KW coilover suspension and adjustable front springs/matched rear dampers, which drop the ride height by 30mm, along with 20in Vossen wheels ( 6,090 for the CS700). There"s also the chance to spec carbon fibre panels, spoilers, skirts, mirrors ( 3,240), and lightweight brakes ( 950).So, hands up any owners of the V8 Mustang who"d fancy a shot at 700bhpShare this page: FacebookTwitterGoogle+WhatsAppMailtoCopy link
