This week"s Drag Race video features a pair of unusual roll races staged somewhere in Europe between a C7 Corvette Stingray and a 5th gen Camaro SS.The details are on the two cars are short, but we know that the Corvette is near-stock with 466 hp and the Camaro has a performance package of some sort which lifts output to 590 horsepower. It looks like the track is a half mile long, as they most certainly accelerate beyond a quarter mile, but it is hard to see the outcome due to the rooster tails coming from both cars.Rooster tails? Oh, right these cars are racing in the rain. The Camaro and Corvette staged with the rain coming down and when the starter gives them the ok to go, they both ease away from the line. As they hit a marker further up the track, both cars hammer the throttle and struggle to get traction on the wet track. On the second run (which might be the first run from a different angle), the Camaro appears to trail early and come back at the end, but it is still impossible to tell for sure who wins.Join the LS1 crowd in the forum.>>Tags: 5th Gen Camaro, C7, C7 Chevrolet Corvette, C7 Corvette, c7 stingray, camaro, Corvette, drag race monday, Stingray
